What Can I expect during a session?

Following an initial consultation to assess your medical history and lifestyle a treatment or course of treatments will be planned to suit your needs.  Following the session you may also be given advice to further enhance your own healing through dietary recommendations, breathing techniques, stretching exercises and so on.

I strongly believe that complementary therapies should be available to all, thus I attempt to keep treatment costs as low as possible.  I do offer a sliding scale depending on individual circumstances, (low income, block bookings, workplace sessions etc. )  Please feel free to discuss this with me prior to booking an appointment.

Treatment Times and Cost

Cost:

First session (up to 1.5 hrs incl. consultation) £40,
subsequent 1hr sessions  £30

Half hr sessions now £20 (initial consultation fee £10)

*Special* 20min/ 40min workplace sessions £10/ £20 respectively (£5 initial consultation)

Standard Treatment Times:
On-Site Massage  - half hr
(May be combined with Indian Head Massage and/or Reiki for up to one hour's session)

Indian Head Massage (seated) -  half hr
(May be combined with On-Site Massage, Aromatherapy, Body Massage, Reflexology or Reiki to incorporate within, or extend, treatment time depending on tmts chosen.)

Therapeutic Body Massage  - one hour

Reflexology  - one hour

Reiki  - half hour or one hour

Aromatherapy massage   - one hour

Crystal Healing (seated)  - half hr 
(lying down )  - one hour

Special Considerations:
Reiki  - distant healing treatment  - information available upon request
2 day First Degree training £125
2day Second degree training £200
